Job Description

1. Handle customers through Calls, email and Chat.

2. Provide resolution to the customer post understanding the customers' requirement.

3. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned as per the business requirements.

4. Ensuring the delivery of services maintaining the required Quality Standards.

5. Maintain the reports of the work assigned on day to day basis and reporting to upline manager.
