Inbound Voice Process

Requirement:

*Should Solve the Customer Queries.
*Should have Customer Orientation.
*Should Provide Accurate Information to the Customer as per the
guideline of the Client.

Eligibility:
*Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
*Any Graduate and Under Graduate(should not be Pursuing)
*Experience in Domestic BPO would be an added advantage.
*Freshers are also welcome.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- CTC for Freshers-1.86 LPA (15565/- CTC)+Incentives.
- CTC for 1-2 Years of Exp-1.99 LPA (16606/-CTC) + Incentives.
- CTC for 2-3 Years of Exp-2.13 LPA(17802 - CTC)+ Incentives.
- ESI (Health Insurance) & PF facility.

Age Limit: 18yrs to 30yrs
