Requirements Details:
Designation: Team Lead Video Editor
Department: Video Content Team
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience:3+ years of relevant experience in a video production / Editor role with 1+ year experience leading projects or manage small teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee video pre-production planning
2. Align on priorities with the marketing, operations, & social media content marketing teams
3. Manage workflow for video edits inclusive of cuts for all platforms, Take a brief to grasp the production teams needs and specifications
4. Suggest design and production solutions as needed to deliver on time and up to brand standards
5. Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary
6. Manage video team, be a creative lead on video concepts, shoot and edit video content.
7. Report the status of projects to Managers and stakeholders
Skills:
1. Experience or willingness to communicate with the team through Discord
2. Knowledge of shooting and editing videos with a strong portfolio
3. Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms
4. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
5. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
6. Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
7. Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
8. Creative mind and storytelling skills
Salary: Upto 5LPA (Negotiable)
