Job Description

BE / BTECH ( Aerospace or Mechanical)
Domain knowledge : Aerospace, CATIA V5 : (Sheet Metal, Surface design, Assembly design and drafting)
Process : Aerospace component Design
Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
4 to 8 years of experience with A220 component design.
4 to 8 years of experience with Aerospace component design.
Experience with A220 specific tools.
4 to 8 years of experience with CATIA V5 (Sheet Metal, Surface design, Assembly design and drafting)
Experience in Aerospace sheet metal, Composite design and GSD work benches of Catia V5
Experience with Design to cost idea generation and investigation.
Experience with DWS (Detail Work Statement) creation, business case preparation.
A220 specific RSDP & design/process specific knowledge.
Capable of presenting the DtC ideas across various customer team such as ME, M&P, Stress, Design groups.
Knowledge on System installation, development and manufacturing is expected
Should be creative for defining proposal for system Interfaces
Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer
