: MINIMUM 10-15 YEARS IN SHIP REPAIR YARD AND MARINE ENGINEERING WITH VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND BACKGROUND ON MANAGING ALL OPERATIONS SUCH AS STEEL, PIPE FABRICATION AND CRUDE TANK CLEANING. CAPABLE TO HANDLE MANPOWER 150 TO 300 EMPLOYEES.
GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE WRITEN AND SPOKEN.
PLAN AND CONTROL THE RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE BY THE COMPANY FOR MAXIMIZING THE REVENUE.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. TO LOOK AFTER STEEL, PIPING AND CRUDE TANK CLEANING OPERATIONS.
2. CAPABLE TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS FOR STEEL, PIPING AND CRUDE TANK CLEANING.
3. CONTINUALLY MONITOR THE STAFF RESOURCES AVAILABLE AND ENSURE THEY ARE SO DEPLOOYED AS TO MAXIMIZE THE COMPANY'S REVENUE.
4. TO BE CONSCIOUS AND THROUGH WITH THE TERMS OF THE COMPANY CONTRACTS AND ADVICE MANAGEMENT IF ANY CHANGES ARE REQUIRED.
5. SHOULD MAINTAIN CORDIAL RELATION WITH ALL SHIPYARD SRVICE HEADS SO TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE COMPANY'S GOOD WILL AND IMAGE.
6. TO ENSURE ALL WORKS IS CARRIED OUT AS PER COMPANY'S QUALITY STANDARD AND SHIPYARD QUALITY PROCEDURE AND REQUIRMENTS.
7. TO ENSURE ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS ARE COMPLIED WITH TO DEVICE AND IMPLEMENT REWARDS/INCENTIVE SCHEME TO MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY.
8. TO ASSURE THAT THE COMPANY RESOURECE, FULFILL CUSTOMER REQUIRMENTS.
9. TO ASSURE THAT THE WORK DONE BY THE COMPANY IS CORRECTLY IN TIME ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER REQUIRMENTS.
10. TO REVIEW ALL MATERIALS REQUISITIONS RAISED BY PRODUCTION MANAGER AND ENSURE CORRECT SUPPLY.
11. TO CONTINUALLY EVALUATE PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES AND PREPARING PROPER TRAINING WIHTIN.
12. TO MAKE AND SUBMIT PERIODICAL PERFORMANCE REPORTS TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE.
13. TO ENSURE THE COMPANY INVOICES DELIVERED ON TIME CORRECTLY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED W.D.D.
14. TO CONSTANTLY MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF COMPETITORS AND KEEP MANAGEMENT ADVICED.
15. TO SUBMIT WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND PERIODICAL PRODUCTION AND REVENUE
16. ANY FURTHER AND ANTHOER RESPONSIBILITIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED TO HIM.
BENEFITS 1. PACKAGE SALARY: BAHRAINI DINARS BASIC BD.800/- + SOCIAL ALLOWANCE 30/- + CALL ALLOWANCE 20/- TAX FREE PER MONTH.
2. LEAVING INDEMNITY: 50% OF THE BASIC FIRST THREE YEARS, 100% THREE YEARS AND ABOVE.
3. CONTRACT: 2 YEARS.
4. PROBATION PERIOD: THREE MONTHS.
5. ANNUAL LEAVE: 30 DAYS PER ANNUM.
6. AIR TICKET: PROVIDED BY COMPANY IN ECONOMY CLASS TO MUMBAI ON YEARLY BASIS.
7. WORK VISA: PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
8. ACCOMMODATION: FAMILY ACCOMMODATION AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING PROBATION PERIOD.
9. TRANSPORTATION: COMPANY WILL PROVIDE A CAR IF HE HAS A VALID GCC DRIVING LICENSE. IF HE DOESN'T, THE COMPANY WILL PROVIDE A CAR AFTER OBTAINING BAHRAINI DRIVING LICENSE ON EMPLOYEE EXPENSE AND WILL COVER THE FUEL UP TO BD.30/- PER MONTH INCLUDING MAINTENANCE.
10. WORKING DAYS: SATURDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 07:00 AM. TO 16:00 PM. FRIDAY DAY OFF.
11. MEDICAL INSURANCE.
