Job Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Coordinate with clients and telecom service provider's team or customers through a series of
actions, either via phone and email, until they have solved a technical issue.
Public IP's of departments are whitelisted from our end.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Servers checked through command like Jboss, memory and logs also there are kissan database thread run via queries.
Handled government projects like MSDG (Mobiles Service Delivery Gateway) for Mobile Seva.
In MSDG, I have worked on SMS Gateway also Mobile seva provide Services Portal for the
Government departments and agencies, where they can login and access the various mobile-based
services of the MSDG platform.
Provide Mobile seva PUSH SMS through mobile application or API.
