Requirements -

Candidates with excellent communication skills in English

Minimum HSC Qualification

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & WFO

Freshers are welcome

Age criteria : 18 to 40

Location : Mumbai

About the Job -

Handling inbound & outbound calls

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 week offs

One side transport will be provided by the company

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

Salary range : 12k to 33k in hand apart from variable incentives
