Roles and Responsibilities :
Target mid-market, large , and Fortune companies to explore Requirement opportunities by identifying and approaching key decision-makers.
To Develop strong business relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement leaders within the mid-d and fortune 1000 companies
Collaborate with client and Internal Recruitment team to ensure the servicing SLA is met within the timeline
Required Experience-
3 month of relevant experience in the sales/business development role within staffing, recruitment or US staffing Industry
Should be Well versed with all the Sales processes to generate requirements and develop new Clients;
Must have existing client relationships;
The candidate must be having excellent communication skills
