Female HR Executive | 15-20 K | 1-2 Yrs | WFOffice | SahakarNagar/Vidyaranyapura
Salary : 15-20 K | Day Shift | Location : SahakarNagar / Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore
Experience : 1-2 Years in HR | Recruitment exposure MUST

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/Hiring for different positions, ensuring the right hire for the right job
- Reviewing JDs of positions & updating them in consultation with Team Manager
- New employees joining formalities, Offer discussions, roll out | Exit Processes
- Basic Payroll : Timely distribution of salary, Salary slip, leaves, settlements
- MIS Reports : Recording, maintaining, monitoring Daily/Monthly Leave & Attendance
Experience
- 1-2 Years Proven working experience as HR Professional
- Knowledge of Recruitment Preferred
