QA Automation Engineer @ Edu Angels India

Job Description

 Responsibilities:

• Create a test strategy and execute the testing plan with the best optimization
• Create, review & maintain test scripts for application
• Prioritize activities and have the capability to manage resources.
• Design automation framework and lead automation development and execution.
• Identify testing scope and demarcate functional/automatable components.
• Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality, by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process.
• Participate in all release planning and relevant internal testing meetings to ensure critical SDLC/Agile deliverables, testing deliverables, and project risks are proactively managed.

• The candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in functional automation tools.
• Very good experience in automation framework/approaches, creating automation test scripts and execution
• Should be able to create and review the automation framework based on project/organization need
• Experience in Cypress/Selenium with either Java or C#/QTP
• Familiarity and experience with automation frameworks/approaches
• Extensive hands-on experience in JIRA
