Job Description

Designation: Branch Manager / Branch Head

Salary: Hike 25% on Current CTC

Experience: 5-12 year sales

Job Profile:

The Branch Manager will directly report to the Area Head Head of the base location.
10 to 12 Sales Manager will report to the Branch Manager will adhere to all process laid down in the process note
High Business performance in previous assignments
Positive reference checks
Strong local network
Minimum 5 years in current location
Minimum 5 years work experience in Sales in Banking & Financial Services,Insurance
At least 2year of team management role

Entrepreneurial and commercial focus
Drive for results
Maturity
High Confidence levels, good Communication
Should have stable past career employment history.
Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of thelocal market, and proven track records
Minimum Graduate in any stream
