Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all day-to-day HR operations and onboarding processes for employees
- Work with the senior Management and employees to provide support and execute Human Resources plans and processes for the region
- Promote HR Programs and conduct regular employee engagement activities
- Regularly review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Act as a resource to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Support the Finance/audit department with data for Monthly payroll Processing.
- Cultivate relationships across the organization to better understand business needs as they relate to Human Resources
- Oversee transactions related to onboarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees, and terminations of employees
- Prepare reports and conduct basic analysis for review by Human Resources management
- Support Talent Acquisition in generating offer letters and onboarding documents
- Creating onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on Human Resources policies and internal procedures
- Contribute to HR Departmental projects and initiatives, and other responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain a database of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Post Graduate degree in business administration or related fields.
- Min 4 to 5 years of experience as HR generalist in software companies/ Startup's.
- Training in Human Resources, its procedures and policies, is an added bonus.
- Prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position.
- Basic computer knowledge and use of MS Office and HRM software.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the workplace, employment and labour.
- Strong communication, people and management skills.
- Analytical mind with problem solving attitude
