Job Description

• 5 to 12 years of experience
• Deploy Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, Expressway, WebEx) applications and services.
• Deploy SIP endpoints: Manual, Self-provisioning, BAT, Bulk Loaders
• Deploy UC applications and features: Cisco AC (Standard and Enterprise), CAR, CDR, Media resources, codecs, security (certs, LSC, encryption), SSO/SAML.
• Perform UCS integrations: AD/LADP integration, Cisco Telepresence Conductor, Cisco UCCX, Third party SIP trunk.
• Configure Cisco Collaboration elements including CUBE, Cisco IOS XE gateways, Media Resources, Call Control, Dial Plans and QoS.
• Troubleshoot SIP call flows and globalized call routing in CUCM
