Job Description

Administration of : Oracle/MS SQL, Azure SQL DB, Synapse, Postgres, Hyperscale, MariaDB Databases
Resource must be skillful on new age skills like MS Azure, Azure SQL DB to work on Enterprise Data Analytics Platform
Expert in resolution of performance issues (SQL/Instance tuning)
Upgrade, Export/import, Restore/rename of Databases
Homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations of the Databases
Apply security patches, bug fixes and PSU
Resolution of performance issue via good RCA
Analysis of AWR/ADDM/ASH report
Maintaining all SOX related compliance

Thorough knowledge & hands-on experience with Database Administration of Oracle/MS SQL, Azure SQL DB, Synapse, Postgres)
Good knowledge Azure Concept is a must
Expertise in :
- Installation, Upgrade, Migration & Tuning
- Homogeneous & heterogeneous migrations
- Resolution of performance issues (SQL/Instance tuning)

Knowledge & exposure on Offline/Online Backup of Databases
Shell scripting for automation of database jobs
Resource must be highly skillful on new-age skills like : MS Azure, Azure SQL DB to work on Enterprise Data Analytics Platform
