Hiring forDeveloper (Data Insights)

Primary Requirement: Build Algorithms for optimizing big data applications.
What is required to get into this role:
Good Knowledge of data systems and Big data Technologies like Spark, NoSQL, Cloud data
solutions
Experience in programming languages like JAVA / Python. Scala.
Strong analytical, design and problem-Solving Skills.
Experience as a Data Engineer, building large scale data processing systems, analytics
platforms, recommendation engines and so on.

What will make you stand out:
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Databricks & Cloud Architecture
Experience in working with observability platforms. Application performance tuning Spark
etc.

The exciting part of this role:
Query optimization (Optimizing the application which even its developer don't know)
How to store data optimally (Data Insights)
Feeling of accomplishment when you can save both time and resources for Data Users using
the power of algorithms and AI .
Challenging part of the role:
Problem solving & analytical designing skills.
