Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing/ Digital Marketing
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media and
influencer marketing including leading teams and projects.
Keen interest in all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle and an avid follower of relevant trends, news. Experience working for beauty/lifestyle brands in particular is an added bonus.
Team leadership skills is a must and candidate should be naturally collaborative, have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well with other teams.
Digital Content Marketer who has an ability to build and execute content strategy, build campaigns and have knowledge of marketing measurement on digital. This would comprise the following skillsets.
Platform Expertise including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Pinterest, Takatak etc.
Be able to front the camera.
Innovative thinker and creatively driven.
Have a flair for content creation with excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with any video editing tools and digital marketing analytical tools is a plus.
Ability to adapt, take instruction, be detail oriented, work in a high pressure, dynamic fast paced environment, strong ownership of projects & have strong collaboration skills.
Self motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive can-do attitude.

Job Description
Reporting to the AVP of Content Marketing, the Manager will be responsible for creating the social media strategy for the company and sub-handles. They will lead a young, passionate, highly creative, high performing team to create content to increase brand awareness, engagement and drive relevant conversation for our website, app, stores and for our private brands and partners.
The ideal candidate should be:
Creative and content-led, be able to effortlessly articulate brand voice and aesthetic and create topical, relavant and engaging content on all of our social media platforms.
Be responsible for the company's social media strategy and lead a team team that
plans, executes and shoots the social media content across channel.
An inspirational leader, be able to motivate and empower the social media team.
Build an annual content and campaign calendar for the brand and drive end to end execution across various platforms with internal teams and/or agency.
Campaign planning, development & execution for key tentpole occasions

Be an advocate for our social media audiences - a social media native, inherently understand how our followers will react and respond to content dissemination.
Be aware of owned, earned and paid opportunities, see the big picture in social media.
Leverage key influencers, fans, VIPS, retail employees and other stakeholders on our social media and build out a strong expert strategy to increase credibility.
Responsible for digital marketing budget planning & management
Work collaboratively to get other teams on board with plans and ensure social media projects and campaigns are integrated across businesses and channels.
Driving internal process management - Vendor onboarding, billing & invoicing, legal agreements etc.
Have an analytical awareness. Be able to create annual, quarterly and monthly reports
- with both qualitative and quantitative insights using tools.
