About Company:- Housing Development Finance Corpporation Ltd (HDFC) Ltd is a leading provider of Housing Finance in India. It requires personnel for its Day Shift Process in Jogeshwari (Mumbai). Candidates selected for the said role will be recruited on the payrolls of our wholly own subsidiary company - HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd.
Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate Should be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries on calls; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage around 100 inbound and outbound calls daily in a timely manner
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting as per the matrix
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Skills

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to Solve Problems with Empathy and Patience
Ability to work with Team
Basic computer skills
Fluent in Spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
