Job Description
Accomplished Insurance Sales Professional with exposure to Life or Health domains. Extensive experience in generating revenues by evaluating market conditions and implementing sales initiatives for B2C segment. Must be skilled at the development of profitable revenue streams within and across highly competitive markets. Equipped with leadership skills in streamlining sales & marketing operations. Must have Good communication - Convincing power - Team management capability and ability to build own funnel
- Responsibilities: - Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and lead meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new B2C Sales initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
