Job Description

• To manage the training & developmental objective of the mapped: Tata AIA Life KAMs & Partner staff like SPs/LGs/Branch Mangers/ Cluster Mangers and others
• To ensure optimal training coverage to deliver desired: - Activations, NOPs, Product mix and EODB goals
• To plan training calendar and execute coverage, design monthly training needs with channel stakeholders
• To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted (in line with company's standards and regulations)
• To conduct agreed number of Joint Field Work (JFW) & Branch visits and help meet EODB benchmarks
• To help mapped team's goal sheet delivery and support PRDP for relevant population
• To ensure delivery of skill, behavioral & sales-oriented trainings
