CS degree or highly technical background, ability to troubleshoot code and optimize data pipelines, potentially build tooling
Assist in AE level escalations and/or directly code troubleshooting/fixes
Assist in PINT level escalations for data pipeline/optimization for GTM PBI

Publisher Certifications
Inbound SSP requests for troubleshooting Creative Asset issues
Cleanup initiatives (tech solutioning when possible - partner with below person when manual tasking is required)
Identify product deficiencies and put together recommendations for improvements based on user requirements and intended use
Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Critical Thinking, Business Insight, and Technical Curiosity
Ability to explain complex concepts simply
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complicated situations in a professional manner
Familiarity with Qubole, Postman, SQL, ciberduck
