We have an opening for the post of Customer care Executive
Handle day to day inbound and outbound calls and record the same.
Handle the Website Chat Portal, Whatsapp Support and Phone Support
Handle customer queries gently and politely in a professional manner.
Should have good communication skills, can able to talk in English fluently.
Having a good command of Excel and Word to maintain MIS reports.
Able to work under fast pace work culture.
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 2 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
