Location : North Region(Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon & Gaziabad)

Years of Experience: 8-10 years

Qualification : BE + MBA with 8-10 experience in B2B Industry, Industrial sales, Product pitch and B2B knowledge of sales cycle.

Position-Permanent

Job Requirements:
Good Understanding of B2B Industry , Industrial sales, Product pitch and B2B knowledge of sales cycle.
Good Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) & Uses cases with Manufacturing, Industrial Product, Project and Solution Sales.
Proven Track record of Handling B2B Direct Business in India.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Min 8-10 years of experience
BE with MBA would be preferred
Cross group collaboration, collaborator attitude
Eagerness to learn has a stronger challenger mind-set to work with multilevel with partners & across the organization.
Job Profile:
Your responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will identify Prospect and Visit as per the Potential and Business call as per the pipelines.
Focusing on Building 3x pipeline to the revenue discuss in the start and 60% conversions potential.
You will need to understand requirements, collaborate with the technical team, and demonstrate our Platform solutions value propositions to clients.
You will be responsible for creating and executing at least two (2) years of the business plan. This plan details marketing & Sales expense/budget, team, margin, and all details to execute the plan.
You will be responsible for establishing and growing with direct business call and also with partners and educating them.
You will provide inputs to the marketing team on various content, blogs, Case studies, Demos, videos, etc.
You will continuously gather market intelligence in your domain area and provide timely inputs to strengthen our value proposition.
Provide weekly and once in a month provide a detailed update that maps to the yearly Revenue plan that has been given to you.
You will be responsible for updating CRM software and are expected to maintain CRM accuracy, forecast accuracy, and deal progression accuracy for all ongoing pursuit activities.
