Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Independently handle enquires & able to discuss and properly convey techno - commercial issues with customers for HVAC instruments
Creating, planning and implementing sales strategy, strategic sales and business development initiatives, achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency and establishing sales targets and ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determining plans for acquisition and allocating resources.
Co-ordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc.. and evaluating the data to ensure achievement of goals.
Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers and building and maintaining strong relationship with key decision makers, ensuring efficient marketing communications and ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participating on negotiations of key contracts, managing ongoing costs.
Study and understand the customer requirement, formulate and present technical aspects to concerned key customers such as OEM's, HVAC contractors and End users
Responds to Consultants for Technical support on the product range, regarding product, features & benefits, new product introduction etc.. and ensuring that the product is listed
