Roles and Responsibilities
* Audit calls taken by Associates and give timely feedback
* Should have knowledge in providing feedback & call calibration.
* Should have Experience. in giving Live feedback
* Conduct call audits as per guideline
*Preparing audit dashboards & report
*Minimum 1-year experience as a Quality Analyst in Voice process, BPO, on papers is Mandatory.
* Have managed transaction quality profile for a CALL process for domestic/ international BPO.
