• Mobilization and sourcing - to the exact job specs provided by the employer
  
• Screenings and interviews - including language and soft skills filters
  
• Any training and up-skilling required by the employer
  
• Support the employer and candidate in the destination country.
  
• Connect &; qualify the right candidate for the position as per the requirement of the employers.
  
• Explain the opportunity, and benefits and establish IndieTalent's USP.
  
• Engage with the candidate and resolve queries from the first call and handhold the candidate till the last mile.
  
• Conduct webinars, and identify new sources to generate qualified leads.
  
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
  
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to volume and revenue
  

Requirements

• Any Graduate
  
• 1 - 3 years experience in hardcore inside sales. B2C/ B2B Field experience is good to have.
  
• Experience in selling high-end international courses, and study abroad programs would be highly preferable.
  
• The ability to speak Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi is desirable.
  
• Comfortable with giving presentations to large/ small audiences.
  
• Assertive &; persuasive
