Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling group recruitment/manpower

Working on job portal/social platform Sourcing profiles & hands-on experience on campus hiring for PAN India

interview process Conducting complete recruitment process

Salary negotiation Joining formalities Induction/Orientation/training

handling Employee grievances Onboarding activities

Desired Candidate

Profile Graduate or MBA-HR

Minimum 1-4 years of experience

Handling manpower supply pressure

Flexible working Understand the requirement within a limited time frame

Have knowledge of Non-IT profiles

Perks and Benefits

Weekly off on Sunday, Salary Package Monthly salary is between 15k to 25k
