We are hiring for Officer QC Chemist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:3.0 Year(s) To 5.0 Year(s)

Salary:3.00 LPA TO 5.00 LPA

Location: Bhuj

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same type of Industry or nature Industry .

-Minimum educational qualification required is Diploma/B. Sc.

- Allocating batches to customer, providing Certificate of Analysis, testing of Raw materials, Carbon Black & packaging materials.

-Releasing the material to customer as per customer spec / Shipping Spec / Customer Requirement & Customer Specific Requirement.

-Preparation of Certificate of Analysis for customer & maintaining Ppk of material supplied to customers.

-He is responsible for identification & classification/disposition of off spec (none conforming) product.

- Preparation of supplied lot sample along with consignment if any.

- Co-ordination of in Process & Packing activities with production & Ware house department.

- Ensure Impartiality, Confidentiality and Integrity of test results

- He is responsible for compliance of QMS, EMS and OHSAS requirements during performing above activities.

- In process testing of Reactor & Dryer samples as per the schedule & record the results.

- Finished goods testing of packed carbon black material & related records.

- On time feedback to production and ware house for necessary correction in the process, if needed.

- Housekeeping of laboratory & disposition of left over material as per EMS requirements.

- Data feeding in SAP

- Preservation of counter sample of packed material.

- He is responsible for carrying out special tests of carbon black as per Quality Plan.

- Testing of samples to & from customers

- Co-ordination of inspection activities with external agencies

- Raw material, in coming material and packing material viz, Paper Bag & Bulk bag testing.

- Analysis of data.
