Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years and above having experience working in a civil repair /Structural Repair /waterproofing /painting company., having a thorough knowledge of civil repair and restoration work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Reach on time at the site for ensuring timely deployment of the labour force.
• Ascertain the material required at the site for completion of work like cement bag, ready mix, colour and other required material.
• Ensure the work should be completed up to the definite stage every day -Keep the track of efficiency and effectiveness of Mistri ( i.e., to ensure he must complete the work every day which an ordinary mistri should do)
• Update the progress of the work report 3 times a day with photos on the WhatsApp Group.
• Timely update the attendance of labour force with OT if any on WhatsApp group as well as on labour muster card.
• Timely update the material movement Chillan i.e. details of material received, purchased, sent to godown or any other site
