Job Description
Ensure accurate accounting of transactions, database, periodic reports within prescribed deadlines,
Establish or update existing policies and procedures in guidance and approval from the management and enforce these policies and procedures across the organization
Carry out banking transactions and monitor cash flows, maintain reconciliation of bank balances on a daily basis
Effectively manage treasury function, one of the most important line functions, within the purview of Finance Manager (and one of the most important KPIs) generate tangible revenue / income be it interest income, export incentives /license for imports against exports, return on investment funds etc.
Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions for arranging necessary fund based and non fund based facilities
Maintain Profitability Analysis - Track and report site wise analysis of budgets, revenue and costs with recommendations to functional heads so as to meet set targets.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and in this regard, ensure
accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly and year end accounts
Continuous monitoring & analysis of budget, actual and forecast with recommendations to management from time to time.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure that financial data of the company is accurate at all times.
Ensure adequate preparation for Financial Audit and coordinate the audit process- internal, statutory, taxation and other regulatory authorities in Mumbai, Aurangabad, Goa and all other locations where required
Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Ensure compliance on all taxation matters, company law matters, FEMA etc
Support ERP implementation and compliance on processes therein
Import export documentation & transactions
