Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Confirm the daily production capacity, shipment plan, and material arrival status for wiring.
2. Implement 100% production yield and output, and achieve the company's annual KPI.
3. Implement work orders and order settlement.
4. The wiring of the area, the planning of personnel positions and the control of the turnover rate.
5. Manage production line balance and production process improvement.
6. The management of the production site, the improvement of production efficiency, and the improvement planning of production yield.
7. Inter-departmental communication and coordination (exception handling, etc.).
8. Other matters assigned by superiors
