REQUIREMENTS :
. Minimum HSC / Graduates necessary
. Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Customer Service Team Leader in an International BPO
. Excellent Communications Skills
. Great command over English
. Need candidates who already reside in Mumbai
. Candidates must be comfortable with Rotational Night Shifts
. All documents related to Identification, Education and Previous Work Experience Mandatory

. Team Leading for an International Voice Process
