Role : Process Associate (technical support engineer)
Qualification : Only Graduates
Skills : Excellent communications
Note:
24x7 Level 1 Helpdesk - ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication, security remote
support through voice, chat.
Experience troubleshooting password login, Linux, Windows (hardware, software), Telecom
Application (billing/data center).
Hands on experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.
International (US, EU, Australia) Inbound voice and chat experience.
Accent experience
Experience:- 1.1 year-3 years into international voice experience (technical support)
Salary : 4.5 max
Work from office
Shifts : 24/7 shifts ( 5 days & 2 week off)
Transport:- one way cab
Note: All documents are mandatory (Educational, ID proofs, offer, experience/service letter, 3 months pay slips)
