Job Description

The NSM shall be responsible for Sales and marketing of the company products for PAN India. One has to handle the sales team and control the market by using own methods and strategies. The advance planning of the sales and the sales team is required to be done before implementation of the scheme to propagate the sales and marketing. One has to visit in the field s well to control the strategies planned and execution done and to do the correction for any faults during the execution period as well. Must have experience of handling team of 150 to 200 Sales and marketing team. Handling of Pharma products is must besides handling of FMCG products or healthcare products. The Age desired is from 35 to 43 Years of Age preferably and Salary can be 30 to 40 Lacs p.a. for an idea and rest it will depend on your last Salary drawn and merit of the person.
