• Familiarize yourself with our existing monitoring systems.
• Work with us to identify which tools Adobe offers and are best suited to our environment and use case to meet new Adobe observability goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for tips on things we can do better.
• Cross team collaboration to maintain the uptime of applications and systems for end users.
• Recommend changes in monitoring coverage based on your research.
• Add new or update existing monitors to cover the recommendations.
• Hook events into existing automation tooling to perform corrective countermeasures where appropriate.
• Automation to build infrastructure as a code.
• Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environment.
• Configure Networks and update parameters.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Review deployment process and prepare deployment strategies.
• Participate in On Call rotation cycle.
