This means that the PCO has to facilitate the delivery of every other medical need that they would help the patient in their recovery.
The PCO will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring once the FV successful visit is done
every patient improves and completes their life cycle (Injury to complete recovery including Rehab) with Portea.
To ensure the above a PCO is required to maintain a constant effort of connecting with the patient on field either through a personal visit (20 visits/month)/telephonic conversation (All
patients).
PCO is solely responsible to identify and improve the quality of Physiotherapy provided by their team. (Identifying the training needs, conducting training programs to improve the same).
PCO is responsible to facilitate and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction with the quality if service provided by the team.
Business Manager - The PCO is responsible to ensure a Profitable growth of his team and responsible to Run the team as a profit centre.

Skills :
Cardiovascular - Includes chronic heart disease and rehabilitation after a heart attack
Neurology - includes multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and stroke patients
Neuro Musculoskeletal - includes arthritis, back pain, sports injuries and whiplash
Paediatrics - treatment of infants, children and young people
Respiratory - includes asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cystic fibrosis.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have strong interpersonal & convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel Power point).
Should possess leadership skills and Training abilities.
Must have objection handling & problem solving attitude / approach.
