Job Description

Hiring For Renowned MNC For E-Commerce Process (WORK FROM HOME )

Process: Voice / Non Voice.
Type: Permanent.
Mode of Interview: Walk IN.

Job Role:
Inbound Voice and chat OR Voice and Email.
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Maintaining good reputation with the customers.
Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Salary:
12k 15k (in hand) *After deduction of PF & ESI*

Shift: Rotational (any 9 hours) / 6 working days

Eligibility:
12th/Any graduates can apply.
Fresher/Experience (min 1 Years) can apply. (Should have proper paper works).
Excellent Communication both in English & Hindi is must.
Laptop/Wi-Fi Connection/Windows 10 are mandate. (WFH)
Immediate Joiner only.
