1. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting, Remote Support
2. Backup Software Support, Cloud, Citrix
3. MS-Outlook Support
4. SLA, Incident Management/Service Request/Ticketing Tool
5. Printer / Scanner Support
6. Working Knowledge Windows, Application Software, Antivirus
7. Back Up Support
8. MS-Office Trouble shooting
9.Good Technical skill on Windows platform.Knowledge of ROVA (secure connection) configuration is added advantage.Good knowledge of Outlook and Lync configuration.Quick Learner Knowledge in Lotus Notes (configuration only) will be added advantage.
10. Knowledge of WiFi configuration
