SummaryL&D Executive will be responsible for delivery & administration of different training & development programs, devised towards enhancing the competency levels of the internal staff of the organisation that matches the business requirements & results in better resource optimisation.Job Description
Identify organization level training needs & develop training plan that's in line with the organization's vision & business strategy.
Develop in depth understanding of the business operations at the outlet level, conduct outlet specific training needs assessment & identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Propose training solutions with content & training material that's current & in line with the business needs.
Engage & work in tandem with the outlet managers to map the competency requirements to perform different tasks at the outlets, conduct a gap analysis & develop training content & its delivery methodology in consultation with subject matter experts with clear timelines, target audience & location of training.
Design & deliver training programs that are sustainable & address training needs on an ongoing basis.
Host Train The Trainer sessions for Outlet Managers.
Identify & develop Buddy Trainers in every outlet to conduct On the Job Trainings.
Supervising & monitoring all such trainings happening at the outlets & keep the management updated on its effectiveness/progress made.
Manage & Maintain all in house training facilities & equipment.
Arrange training logistics required for training at the outlets (with operations team support).
Conduct training Programs for various groups as and when required or advised by the management.
Stick to the yearly training budget as approved by the management.
Qualification* 3 to 4 years of experience as a trainer/L&D.
* Work Experience L&D in F&B/ Hotels (preferred)* Graduate/Post Graduate(Diploma) in HR/Training* Hands on experience in training restaurant staff,* Ability to train & groom educationally challenged workforce.* Ability to create training content & deliver in Hindi Language.* Proven ability to conclude full training cycle
