Job Description

Role Requirements:

Make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
Use scripts to verify information of customers
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Follow corrective steps for doing necessary KYC checks.
Validate the due diligence depending on the outcome of the risk assessment; Evaluate the KYC requirements to be asked to the client

Essential Requirements:

Good Communication skills in English/Kannada/Hindi
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure

Education and Experience:

0-2 Years & Any Graduate/Undergraduate
