Job Description

:

  • Age - 30-35 years
  • Responsible for Managing the Holistic End to End New Advisor On boarding & Recruitment process for assigned Zones (Full Zone)
  • Ensuring manning & retention of CDMs in the Regions under supervision.
  • Willing to travel across regions/Zone.
  • Handling the Team & Managing Desired Advisor Development & Variable leaders Productivity
  • New advisor Activation & Productivity Management in 0-3 months for assigned region/Zone
  • Team Management role
  • Governance of 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers
  • Ensuring hiring & retention of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the region/Zone for conducting IRDAI batches
  • During hiring process of variable leaders he/she is co-responsible on finalizing the profile along with sales team in all the locations across the assigned Zone
  • New variable agency leaders hand holding, activation & productivity management
  • Co-ordinating & Ensuring all different activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on business & recruitment activities @ Every Location & Branch is being carried out
