During hiring process of variable leaders he/she is co-responsible on finalizing the profile along with sales team in all the locations across the assigned Zone
New variable agency leaders hand holding, activation & productivity management
Co-ordinating & Ensuring all different activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on business & recruitment activities @ Every Location & Branch is being carried out
