Job Description

Position: Technology Training Leader (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:
- As Tech Training Leader/ Tech Competency Leader you will create, develop and manage the India Technology Competency Centre for the Company, by leading and overseeing the development of key learning programs and initiatives including onboarding, upskilling and continuous development
- Create a strategy to facilitate onboarding and education of the company's employees
- Develop and maintain a Technology curriculum of training offerings using a mix of internally created and externally sourced training programs
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimum use of funding
- Evaluate and define assessment mechanisms
- Incorporate the agile learning principles into the design of learning programs
- Building relationships and work closely with the Tech Knowledge Development Leader to identify and develop skills needed to enable the company to move forward

Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and coordinating knowledge development programs (desirably gamification programs)
- 12+ yrs of overall experience and 2+ yrs of people leadership experience
- Experience in Technology Training Management is a mandatory requirement
- Should have experience in imparting technology training
- Experience in an L&D Department is welcome
- Good English Communication Skills
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation Skills (with practitioners and academia and external learning vendors)
- Teambuilding experience
