Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for QC Chemist - Food Technology

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:1.0 Year(s) To 2.0 Year(s)

Salary:1.80 LPA TO 2.40 LPA

Location:

B.sc Chemistry, M.sc Chemistry/Food technology, B.tech in Food technology.
Responsible for complete chemical analysis in parameters of moisture, ash content, Acid insoluble, Fat content, Alcohol acidity, Dietary fiber, Gluten content, Protein analysis, Crude fiber & phosphorus in different food products.
Should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis.
Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable, Glass wares etc.
Accurate analysis and interpretation of test results.
Maintenance of laboratory documents and records.
