Job Description

#Managing end to end training cycle using blended approach (Strategic as well as Tactical).
#Formalizing and executing T&D interventions from HR and BU standpoint following the pre and post training procedures.
#Map and Build the competency of the resources as per the Business goals.
#Ensuring the right skill pool readiness at any given point as per the Business needs.
#Trainer evaluation for external and Internal Trainer identification basis the competency rating; and working with them for the Content finalisation.
#Update & maintain applicable training records on SharePoint.
#Maintaining Certification Data, skill profile system of Employees and preparing resources for certifications post training.
#Vendor Management for external trainings and working on PR and PO for the same.
#Maintaining and preparing Training calendar.
#Training Effectiveness evaluation by ensuring Timely submission of all the Training related Feedbacks.
