Job Description

1)Identify candidates to fill client openings Through cold calling , Internet recruiting,referral generation,social networking etc.
2)Review Resume,conduct Telephonic Round,in person interviews,and reference checks.
3) Understand and summarize candidates , key strength ,liabilities and requirements.
4) Maintain contractor relationships to foster future business and identify new.
5) Proactively recruit and maintain relationship with highly sought after candidates for client marketing.
Requirements:
Candidates have good communication skill
Ability to assess candidates technical ability ;identify and match
candidates behavioral traits.
Self Starter , motivated and Detail/result oriented
Job Location - Indore and Raipur
Shift Night ( For Male 6 PM TO 3:30 PM ,
7:30 PM TO 5 AM
8:00 PM TO 5:30 PM
For Female 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM
5 Days working (Mon to Fri)
Package 2.32 LPA
