Project:A major integrated resort in Goa. Would support through the preconstruction, construction and handover phases to deliver a resort. Total Land area is about 91.71 acres.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Providing end-to-end solutions on execution safety of all trends.
• 
  Monitoring safety protocols and assisting third party audit and its compliance.
• 
  Working with the site administration team to setup the filling system for the compilation of the site health and safety records.
• 
  Providing health and safety supervision of all building work by the contractors from the commencement of construction until the day of practical completion ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the approved method statements and risk assessments.
• 
  Reviewing the contractor method statements and risk assessments and advising the status to the senior construction manager.
• 
  Producing of a site health and safety induction in dual language for the project.
• 
  Working with the contractors to ensure the health and safety induction where not carried out by Mace is to a standard acceptance to Mace.
• 
  Ensuring the contractors are keeping the site in a clean and safe condition at all times.
• 
  Attending regular meetings with the contractor in order to ensure health and safety elements are being communicated correctly to the workforce.
• 
  Reviewing the contractor's health and safety plan and advising the status to the senior construction manager.
• 
  Supporting the construction manager in enforcing the site health and safety rules.
• 
  Carrying out a minimum of 3 formal recorded health and safety inspections a week.
• 
  Ensuring the site welfare facilities are being managed and maintained correctly by the contractors.
• 
  Carrying out the monthly health and safety audits on the contractors and site conditions.
• 
  Responsible for onsite safety management including recording all health and safety contraventions on the Mace health and safety system (Yellow Jacket) if being implemented on the site.
• 
  Maintaining a daily detailed diary of site activities ensuring that any health and safety issues are captured for the purposes of the weekly progress meetings with the contractors.
• 
  Working in shifts as required by the project director .

About you
You will have a degree qualification in safety and be a member of a professional body. You have certifications in HSE - NEEBOSH will be preferred. You have worked on Integrated resort and hospitality projects.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience as a safety manager. You have experience of delivering projects from start through to completion including the pre-construction stage within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
