Job Description

Should aware drawing reading
Should aware inspection as per drawing dimension
Should aware Normal Gauges & Instrument
Should be know about the ISO/IATF certificate requirement
Awareness of 5S activity

well known the activity of quality department Incoming insp/ Inprocess insp/ Final insp

Awareness of QC tools & implementation.

hi should be responssible about parts produced at supplier end

responssible to develope to supplier

Responssible to handle entire activity at the supplier end

Hi should be aware about forging process and heat treatment process as well.

Hi should be responssible to make PPAP document of outsourced parts

Need handsome experience to handle supplier activity.

should intreasted in development activity.

Basic knowladge of GD&T
