Qualification : - Any Graduates / 12th
Salary : Upto 15k
Age : Upto 34
Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
Fresher / Experience both can apply.
Languages :- English , Hindi
Versant Level - 4
6 Days working 1 day rotational week off
Shift Timing : Rotational Shift
Location : Kolkata
Job Role : The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Candidates should have own Desktop / Laptop with WINDOWS 10 & Broadband Connection.
Its an urgent requirement.
