Product target & Project tracking

Drive initiatives to support sales channels to achieve their goal sheet target

Project management for new launches (pre filing, post filing & post launch)

Help drive the new business target as per product Mix

New Product Launches

Design and development of all collaterals and tools for both new and existing products

Get maximum positive responses on sales collateral, POS developed through regular feedback

Develop sales tools, conversation starters, engagement modules, communication to drive visibility and awareness

Release artwork of sales tools & visibility material, ensure printing & production is done on time

Drive new product training, support training team with content and ensure distribution is ready for launch of new product

Product Activation: Drive awareness of existing products

Design and develop campaign of existing products to drive visibility and awareness

Closely work with distribution officers, NAMs and support them with content, product literature and communication to drive business

Support channel to achieve specific targets

Proactively suggest ideas to achieve product mix/product specific targets for each distribution vertical Process, compliance & people management

100% adherence on compliance, completion of TTT and launching on targeted date

Proactively work on regulatory requirement and ensure that we meet timelines given by compliance team

Systematically maintain artworks, records and files for audit and future reference
