Role: Customer Support Associate/ Senior Customer Support

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Excellent English communication skills.

2. Excellent Sales Knowledge.

3. Candidate should be able to handle queries.

4. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.

5. Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.

6. Candidate should have at least an year experience in International Voice Process.

7. Candidate should be at least vaccinated with First dose.

8. No freshers.
