1. Experience in Bulk/volume Hiring/Lateral Positions/Mass Hiring

2. Good Experience in Hiring through Portal Like Naukri/Shine/Monster/LinkedIn

3. Good communication and Interpersonal Skills

4. MS Office especially MS Excel

5. BFSI Hiring background Preferred
